On the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol, in the lively village of Wald (municipality of Wald-Königsleiten), this beautifully situated holiday home with 2 holiday apartments is located on the sunny side of the valley.
You live in the holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people on the ground floor, which is luxuriously furnished with attention to detail. The living room with large dining area and modern open kitchen offers a view of the surrounding mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. From the living room you have access to the beautiful balcony. You have a total of 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. And after a day of hiking, cycling or skiing you can relax in your own sauna.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a beautiful indoor pool, various dining and shopping options, and the ski bus to the ski area. Due to the central location, 3 well-known ski areas are available within 15 minutes by car: the Zillertal Arena (140 km of slopes), the Wildkogel Arena (62 km of slopes) and the Kitzbüheler Alpen (180 km of slopes). With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you have access to all areas and can even take a trip to Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
In summer there are so many ways to spend your vacation, hiking and mountain biking opportunities abound, many sights in both Tyrol and Salzburgerland, a beautiful reservoir near Gerlos and don't forget the highest waterfalls in Europe in nearby Krimml visit.

Great house, beautiful surroundings.
Very nice apartment to stay in. The spacious rooms and sauna make it a very nice place to relax after a (ski) day. I would like to emphasize for the ski fanatics that it is a relatively long drive to get to the Zillertal Arena ski area (at least 30-40 minutes by bus). A smaller area (towards Neukirchgen) can be reached more quickly, but perhaps too small to enjoy a whole week of skiing fun. Nevertheless, definitely recommended and a very nice accommodation
We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is beautifully built, neatly clean and equipped with all desired facilities. The sauna was a nice extra after a cold day of skiing. You can go from the apartment to 2 ski areas (5 min drive is Neukirchen/Wildkogel and 15-20 min drive is Konigleiten/Zittertal Arena). Modern and well-equipped apartment with a great view of the mountains from the terrace. Very friendly and courteous landlady who lives in the same house. We feel completely at ease and would recommend this accommodation unreservedly.
Top apartment which is fully equipped.
We had apartment 2 on the ground floor. From the entrance at the rear of the building, you have to go down 2 floors, via a beautiful, wide and fine staircase. That's fine to do. The apartment is very complete, super clean, very spacious and equipped with 2 lovely bathrooms and a sauna. There was no dirt on arrival. Extremely clean. How nice is that! The owner and hostess Barbara is wonderfully friendly and enthusiastic. The view is beautiful and you can easily walk into the village. The terrace is very spacious. You do hear a lot of traffic on the terrace that drives in front of the house, but that is inherent in the location of the apartment. We slept with the windows closed and then you don't hear any traffic inside the house. We have never had such a nice and complete accommodation.
