Modern country stone lined house with a great private pool, close to Alcudia in the north of the island with beautiful views to the countryside and the mountains and near the beautiful beaches. Built over 2 levels, with excellent finishings and cared for interior. The house has aircon winter/summer and is suitable for small children.
There are 4 bedrooms (3 twin bedded and 1 double), 4 bathrooms (all en suite and one with bubble bath). The kitchen is fully equipped and seperate from the lounge/diner room with access to the terrace and pool. There are several terraces, a furnished porch and a fantastic sunbathing area with decking surrounding the pool with terrace furniture and sun loungers. Located in a quiet area, close to town and all facilities, it is the ideal property to enjoy a wonderful holiday with total privacy and all amenities.

Adembenemende uitzichten op het platteland en een privézwembad maakten het een perfecte ontsnapping, Het huis zelf was prachtig ingericht en had alles wat we nodig hadden
Ons verblijf bij Belvilla by OYO Santa Maria was niets minder dan heerlijk! Het privézwembad was een hoogtepunt voor ons, vooral na lange dagen verkennen van de prachtige nabijgelegen stranden, Het huis zelf is prachtig ontworpen met ruime kamers en moderne voorzieningen die ons verblijf comfortabel maakten, We waardeerden de airconditioning tijdens de warmere dagen en het bubbelbad in een van de badkamers was een leuke toevoeging, De locatie is perfect
Deze plek is een hele vibe! Het zwembad is perfect voor die Insta-foto's, Super ruim, met comfortabele bedden en een relaxte sfeer, Perfecte plek om te ontspannen na een dagje strand, Zou zeker terugkomen!
Low-key loved the bubble bath in the en suite, Great for relaxing, Kitchen had everything needed for cooking up some meals, Super close to Alcudia for beach days, Privacy was on point
Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour! La décoration était si charmante et l'espace était très accueillant, La piscine était un grand succès et nous avons passé la plupart de nos après-midis à profiter du soleil, Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherchant à se détendre dans la nature
Dans l'ensemble, une expérience solide, La maison était suffisamment spacieuse pour notre groupe de six, bien qu'un peu plus de vaisselle aurait été utile, L'emplacement était serein et nous avons apprécié d'explorer la région voisine d'Alcudia, Nous envisagerions de revenir à l'avenir
