This beautiful holiday resort enjoys a quiet setting in Polis Crysochous, on the western coast of the sunny island of Cyprus. The resort is in first row to the sea, the villa that is positioned furthest away is still only approximately 100m away from the beach. The upper floor offers the master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and en suite bathroom (bath tub and shower device, wash basin and toilet), and two more bedrooms each with two 90 x 200 cm single beds (can be pushed together to make a double bed). There's a separate shower room with a toilet, and a large balcony. The lower floor has an open plan kitchen with access to the outside terrace with your private swimming pool and barbecue. There is a separate dining area and sunken lounge with a traditional fireplace, opening onto the terrace and pool. TV and CD player are also included. Kitchen facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. The guest toilet offers additional comfort. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available at no extra cost during the months of May-October. Air-conditioning for heating during the winter months is optional and can be paid locally. Free wifi internet is available throughout the property. Baby cots, high chairs and roll-away beds are available on request.
