A separate toilet adds convenience, while upstairs offers two comfortable bedrooms with box-spring beds and two modern bathrooms.

Note: From 25 to 28 June 2026, the Luminosity Festival will be taking place near the park. During this period, the area may be busier than usual. Additionally, a security deposit of €400 will apply to all guests, regardless of festival attendance.
