Apartment ideally located in the heart of Paris, modern, elegant, fully equipped and air-conditioned (portable air conditioners) Halfway between rue Montorgueil, Place des Victoires, the Marais district and the center of Beaubourg, estará rodeado de cafes and restaurants de mode. My apartment is ideal for a satisfactory residence with family or friends.

The apartment was great and looked just like the photos, The location was perfect as well, However, the only issue we had was with the check-out time, We requested to leave at 11:00, but were told that it was not possible , As a result, someone came to clean the apartment at 10:00 which we found to be unfriendly,
Comforting place-The room was very comforting, it was cold and it was super comfortable, suitable temperature, air-conditioned and the sofa bed super comfortable, On the TV you have netfliz, disney, prime, they leave it all on so you can enjoy watching movies if you don't have those platforms, Access was easy, you just have to follow the instructions they send you on the day of arrival, The host was attentive at all times asking if we had arrived, if everything was going well, etc, The views from the balcony are beautiful, and even more so if it is your first time in Paris, The shower water comes out warm and it is super good, they have heaters in the bathroom, they also gave us enough towels for the 4 of us and 4 coffee capsules that my mother and I had in the mornings :), There is a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water thermos, vitro, and all the kitchen utensils you may need, The main room spacious and comforting, We would come back!!
Exceptional location!! Central, very close to the Louvre and Notre-Dame, Very close to bus stops, Incredible room view, Many restaurants and bars below and across the street, as well as a supermarket, Clean house, adequate for 3 people, warm (we came in winter), easy self check-in, We were positively impressed that it had espresso capsules and bottled waters, Definitely worth it and I will choose it again!
We stayed in a great location, There was a bad smell inside the building, but there was no smell in the apartment, The flooring made a lot of noise, We had internet problems and heating problems on the first day, but all problems were resolved after we contacted the host, The host we contacted was both very understanding and solution-oriented, It will be one of our priority places to stay on our next trip to Paris,
Our stay was fantastic, the area is amazing and the hosts were very helpful, Studio Prestige gave us lots of useful information before we arrived, and the flat was just the right size for 3 people and had everything we needed,
As we are satisfied with the accommodation and location, I recommend!
