Be prepared for very steep narrow stairs…. 5 flights. No condiments except salt and pepper and no instruction/information booklet. Only one tea towel for 4 days. And no extra bath towels. The place was not very clean and really just lacked extras which would have upped its rating. Great location. Overall the apartment needs a maintenance check. Fan didn’t work. Blind and curtain fell to the floor when closing them. Could be hugely improved.

Perfect location - heart of St. Germaine and easy walk to anywhere in Paris Plenty of space for 4– Stairs are steep but are fine for people in decent shape and worth the climb! Minimalist furnishings which is great but everything you need!

Good luck with no ac and 3rd floor with crazy skinny steps. We ended up not staying with of course no refund! Don’t book this place!

Wonderful location, comfortable apartment.

This was a fantastic apartment for our family of four; 2 parents and 2 young adults. It was a quintessential Parisienne slice of life, historic building in the heart of St. Germain close to everything! The place itself was well appointed, clean and well cared for. The agency was responsive and so incredibly helpful when we had a question, response time was pretty much immediate. We loved our time there and walked and walked and walked the beautiful winding streets, the Louvre is literally a 9 minute walk, Notre Dame the same, Musée Orangarie also. Just an incredible location! Plenty of cafes within a stones throw. I highly recommend!

The apartment was well-maintained and had all the essentials, We particularly liked the heating during the chilly nights, The proximity to art galleries and shops was a huge plus for our sightseeing plans,

A well-located flat in Saint-Germain des Prés, It had everything we needed, from towels to a hairdryer, The coffee machine was a nice perk for our morning routine, A straightforward and enjoyable stay,

What a lovely stay! The views from the flat were stunning, and we made great use of the dining table for our breakfast, The free crib was perfect for our little one, Highly recommend this place for families!

The location was fantastic, the host was extremely friendly and helpful, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable, just like in the pictures, Michael and Johanna provided clear instructions on a user-friendly platform, and everything went very smoothly, We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Our stay in Paris was delightful, The location was excellent and the apartment was perfect for our needs, The only thing that could have been better was if we had known about the narrow and winding flights of stairs to get to the apartment, We had a lot of large luggage and it was a bit of a challenge to bring it all up to the apartment, Apart from that, everything was perfect and I highly recommend this apartment for your vacation, whether you are a couple or a family of four,

The location and neighbourhood were perfect, You can easily walk to the Metro, and there are plenty of charming shops and restaurants nearby, It's also centrally located, making it a great spot for sightseeing, yet it's tucked away from all the chaos just half a block away, I would definitely come back!

This apartment is in an unbeatable location! It's spacious and easily accommodated two adults and two children, We didn't experience any problems with hot water, unlike what was described in previous reviews, The neighbourhood is lively and a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us, Our kids never woke up because of the noise, We really enjoyed the area and felt very safe in the apartment,

The charming apartment has a great location, It is quite loud and there is a little noise from the street in the morning, It is nice to be able to store luggage in the landlord's office on the day of departure,

The location of this apartment is fantastic, as it is near everything in Saint Germain, Although, the narrow staircase on the 3rd floor can be a surprise, especially with big suitcases, However, once you are settled in, the apartment serves its purpose, The unit is spread over two floors, with some areas being fairly small and tight, such as near the toilet, where you can bump your head on the ceiling if you're not careful, Overall, the main attraction of this apartment is its excellent location!

The accommodations were quite snug and pleasant, You couldn't desire a more ideal spot if your goal is to tour Paris,

We had a great time at the apartment which was very comfortable and located in a wonderful area, The hosts were always available and helpful, The stairs are quite narrow, but we didn't encounter any problems with our luggage, We felt very safe and the building was quiet, There is some street noise in the morning from trucks, etc, but it's normal, The beds were comfy and there were extra linens, The shower had good water pressure and heat, We really enjoyed our stay,
