Relax in this tastefully furnished 'Paint it Black' holiday home in Sint Maartensvlotburg. The versatile surroundings are perfect for long cycling or walking trips through the dunes, the forest, to the sea, along the tulip fields or to nearby lovely villages or towns. You can reach the beach in only 10 cycling minutes and the forest is just a few minutes' walk away. In short, the ideal base for a cycling or walking holiday near the sea or for a weekend away. Layout The holiday home is located at the back of the owners' house and is fully equipped. It consists of 2 floors. At the back of the house is a cosy south-facing terrace with lounge set and garden table with 4 comfortable chairs. From the living room with corner sofa, large television with Dutch and German channels, you look out onto the terrace. From the living room, a relatively steep staircase leads to the upper floor where the 2 bedrooms are located. Kitchen The modern kitchen with dining area is a corner unit with, among other things, a fridge-freezer, large gas cooker, extractor, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and combi-oven. Bathroom The modern and spacious bathroom is located on the ground floor. Here, too, everything has been thought of. There is a bathtub, walk-in shower with rain shower, washbasin with large mirror, design radiator and the toilet. Bedrooms There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The cosy master bedroom has a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with double duvet. There is a television in this bedroom and behind the wall you will find another nice surprise: a walk-in closet! The second bedroom has a bunk bed and an excellent sofa bed that can sleep 1 extra person if necessary. Other information: Storage room for safe indoor bicycle storage. Also possibility to charge your E-bike there. Free Wi-Fi Smart TV in living room with Dutch and German TV channels Parking at the holiday home on private parking. Space for 2 cars. Highchair and cot available in the apartment No pets allowed. Please note! Linen is not included in your booking. You need to bring this yourself or you can rent it from us. You can add linen when booking.

Geweldige locatie, dichtbij het strand en de duinen, Het huis is gezellig en van alle gemakken voorzien, Perfect voor een weekendje weg!
We had a lovely stay at this holiday home! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was super comfy for relaxing after a day of cycling, The terrace was a nice touch too, Just a quick ride to the beach, which was a big plus, Also, the owners were really friendly and helpful, Would definitely recommend for a chill vacation!
Notre séjour à la maison de vacances 'Paint it Black' a été fantastique ! L'emplacement était parfait pour explorer les dunes et les plages à proximité, Nous avons loué des vélos et il ne nous a fallu que 10 minutes pour rejoindre la plage de Callantsoog, La maison elle-même était magnifiquement meublée et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour confortable
Das 'Paint it Black' Ferienhaus war eine großartige Basis für unsere Abenteuer, Wir erkundeten die lokalen Attraktionen, wie Molen Noorder G, und genossen die wunderschöne Natur um uns herum, Die Terrasse war ein schöner Ort für den Morgenkaffee!
Was für ein charmantes Ort! Die Einrichtung war stilvoll, und das Wohnzimmer hatte einen tollen Blick auf den Garten, Besonders mochten wir die Regendusche im Badezimmer - perfekt nach einem Tag Radfahren durch die nahegelegenen Wanderwege
