My husband and I purchased the house in January 2021 and completely modernized it in the following years. Today, a stylish A-frame cottage from the 70s awaits you: charmingly classic on the outside, comfortable and contemporary on the inside. location: Right in the middle of the unique nature of the Danish west coast, you can enjoy absolute peace, wide dune landscapes and the proximity to the wide North Sea beaches at Haurvig and Hvide Sande. The fine sandy beach is located less than 500 meters away – without any road crossing. Here you will find space, fresh air and numerous car-free paths for hiking or cycling tours. Activities and Nature: The Haurvig area is known for the highest dunes in the region. Whether walking, jogging, cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing or stand-up paddling - the possibilities are manifold. The beaches are wide, with fine white sand and clean water. For safe, family-friendly swimming, we recommend the guarded south beach in Hvide Sande (6 km away), where lifeguards will ensure your safety from the end of June to about August 20. New: 120 km cycle path around the Ringkøbing Fjord A newly paved, traffic–free cycle path starts right on the doorstep (150 m away) - perfect for relaxed tours around the fjord or trips to Nymindegab and Søndervig. A real highlight for cyclists! Water Sports and Culinary: Hvide Sande is a center for water sports – surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP and more. Lovers of fresh fish come to the local restaurants and fish shops.
