Only 300 m from the house is the starting point for a bike ride to Regensburg, Passau and Austria. Kilometers of hiking trails lead through the region and in the winter there are several possibilities for skiing and cross country skiing. You can also make trips to the Wildlife Buchet. The center with supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment venues are less than 2 km from the apartment.
The cozy apartment has everything you need. You have your own garden with patio and garden furniture where you can barbecue in the summer. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The living room has a large dining table and you can watch TV. Also, terrace overlooks the beautiful scenic views.

Super apartment. Top Ausstattung.Super clean. Great comfortable beds. Everything in all highly recommended !!!!
The house is easily accessible and visually attractive. The condition is well above average. Suitability for 3 - up to 5 persons. The highway is unfortunately sometimes heard clearly, as well as the local traffic. The terrace is very cozy. Train station and city center Deggendorf can be easily reached on foot. The contact to the landlady was warm and pleasant.
The apartment is excellent. Lots of space and well furnished. There is everything you could want in the kitchen. Comfortable living area. The terrace is beautiful. Wonderful spot to sit at anytime of day and enjoy the sun. Deggendorf is a lovely town and perfectly located for a range of activities. We went to the Bavarian forest, took trips on the Danube, visited historical sites and spent time at the local water park. There is no shortage of things you can do. We will definitely come back to this area again.
From the first moment we felt comfortable. Everything is very tastefully furnished and there was nothing missing. The kitchen, the bathroom, the terrace - all for a perfect rest.
The arrival was laid right up to the many construction sites and traffic jams. Very pleased we all were when we had our beautiful holiday home in mind. Woman Jungbeck is a very likeable woman with one understood prima immediately. The accommodation was brilliant. A so tasteful house where nothing was missing. The KITCHEN, wow, there has made someone really thought about the usefulness. I would gladly have taken, grinning. Since it had been 25 degrees we spent most of our time on the beautiful terrace where we a lovable cat has done society. The bathroom, a relaxation oasis. Heavenly !!! The environment allowed us very quickly on the Danube, going shopping, or in nature to sein.Kurzum, there were unfortunately only a few days, but this we spent the fullest to relax and just happy. Thanks a lot for this. We will be back!!!
Nice apartment outside the center of Deggendorf. Very nicely furnished, kitchen well equipped with modern and high quality equipment. Spacious bedrooms. There's a bakery nearby!
