Description
This modern holiday home is a 1-bedroom apartment to accomodate 4 people. Situated in Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, it is ideal for a small family. It comes with a free WiFi and a relaxing balcony to enjoy the sunny Lungau valley.
A great place for ski buffs with Obertauern, Grosseck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg and Fanningberg ski areas nearby. The ski school at 200 m is ideal for beginners to learn skiing. The picturesque St Margarethen makes a perfect spot to explore. Surroundings are rich with high mountains, hills, lakes, gorges, grottoes and waterfalls giving plenty of room for activities. Forest is at 500 m and public swimming pool at 12 km. The hiking route along the waterfalls is a must try. For good food, you can walk to the restaurants at 100 m. General supplies and town center lies 500 m away.
There is an atmospheric stove in the lounge for cosy winter evenings and central heating to keep you warm. Parking is available on the premises.
Ski lift is nearby at 200 m.

The apartment was very nice, clean and has a terrace, which we used very much and often. There were enough towels and even more bed linen to change since we were there for 14 days. We had a parking space associated with the apartment - very pleasant!
We were not yet inside or Mrs. was immediately ready to pay the tourist tax immediately. Didn't go in a friendly manner. Floor in the room badly damaged. Large cracks in the kitchen wall. Veneer of the coffee table was loose. Dirty stain on the wall in the room. On top of the armchair backrest a hole. No window in the bedroom so you could not air. Far too large pans for two people. The garden set consisted of a table and two wooden benches without cushions so that after sitting for half an hour you already had back pain. Looked up to a house across the street. sat in the garden above a parking garage so it was a noisy. You could hear people talking and quite a bit of engine noise. We have been on holiday from Belvilla before and we have always been satisfied with that. This was our worst vacation in our 47th wedding anniversary. (Also wrote this review in two weeks ago)
Again was a good holiday.
Kindly received. Apartment simply furnished. Sofa bed questionable. Beds well.
Arrival was easy to find. Nice area and good accommodation. (Cleaning costs only were relatively high 80.00 euros for 2 weeks. Note The key was not clear in the papers we received.
