Grou is a water sports village and is located near Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland. You are here 300 m from a spot for fishing and water sports. You can also rent a sloop 700 m away. In short: ideal for lovers of water, tranquility and nature! (The jetty at the house is only for private use for the other residents on the property).
This beautiful family house is spread over the ground floor and the 1st floor. It has an attractive living room with a kitchen, and downstairs you will also find a bathroom. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom. The children can play on the trampoline and table tennis in the enclosed garden, and pets are also very welcome.
The house is located near a quiet holiday park. That is why the house is only for rent for:
- Families with children (and pets)
- Groups aged 35+ who want to enjoy relaxation and water sports.
- Because of the tranquility, this house is not available for young people!!

We can keep it short, what a beautiful, spacious, lovely, cozy and comfortable house, located in a beautiful place.
A beautiful modern house in a quiet area. After a lot of hassle with Belvilla about the hot tub that was no longer present, the house has made up for it. Good beds, games cabinet and the separate living and dining room are a godsend. Lots of kitchen utensils that allowed us to cook deliciously during the lockdown.
We are very brief about it: it is a fantastic house! We immediately felt at home, had a wonderful week with friends and family! Recommended!
Very practical and well-equipped holiday home. Everything is just like in the picture. Child-friendly house. Ideal location for a boating holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious family home in Grou! Perfectly set up for two families, we enjoyed the ample room and the beautiful garden, The kids had a blast on the trampoline and playing table tennis, while we relaxed in the lovely living area, The proximity to the water was a huge bonus
