Stay in this pleasant holiday home in beautiful Xhoffraix with a terrace and a garden. There are 4 bedrooms that can comfortably host 10 people, making it ideal for a large family, or a group of friends.
The accommodation is located in an area that is ideal for cycling and hiking. Here you are close to Spa, which is known for its water and Spa Francorchamps. Lake Robertville is a short distance away and a visit to the town of Malmedy is also worthwhile. Haute Fagnes - Eifel Nature Park, is a beautiful and picturesque area where you can hike and admire the scenery. If you have a car at your disposal, you can easily make the crossing to Germany.
With a nice garden and a terrace where you can start the day quietly with a breakfast of your choice. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the child-friendly house has a living room with a TV and sitting area. There is parking available at the house. Recreation Room is also available here.

Everything was fine ! Beautiful, quiet house, nice large table where the whole group can handle, is very cozy!
The cottage was located on a very busy street that was also the access to the adjacent village of our village. The house itself was ok, only the garden (located on the side of the busy street) was fairly wild. The rooms in the house were ok, good beds are also available.
The house was big enough. The garden was poorly maintained, many molehills. There was no handrail on the stairs (dangerous for the children).
Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful setting. We were a group of 10 and had a great time here. Enough seating places everywhere, fully equipped and good beds. A number of hiking trails start from the house so you can go on the road without having to leave by car first. Recommended
Cozy holiday home. Here and there some minor (not insurmountable) flaws. But in general everything is there what you need. Warm and practical furnishings. The landlords are easy to reach.
We enjoyed your holiday home ... only we regretted that there was no Christmas tree present ... that would have finished the stay. We always rent a house a week before Christmas to stay with our whole family...so this time there was no tree. Maybe little hint for next year...
