The family home is located 1 kilometer from Vrouwenpolder and in the middle of the polder. There is a beach nearby, you can enjoy the sunshine and sand of the beach. A game of tennis can be enjoyed 8 km away. There are many restaurants from where you can enjoy delicious meals.
The living room is a comfortable and inviting space, with a TV to keep you entertained indoors. The home also provides a high chair, making it easy to accommodate young children. Free parking is also available, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot for your vehicle. The house is fully furnished and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
However, for reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters. Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted, and it is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. Groups of friends over 25 years old are required to pay a deposit of € 300 per person upon arrival. The house can also be combined with Lepelstraat 18B, creating a large holiday home for 15 people, perfect for larger groups or families.

Alles wat we nodig hadden was binnen handbereik, schone, comfortabele woonruimtes met een geweldige keukenindeling, er waren stranden niet al te ver weg die op korte rijafstand lagen en perfect waren voor ons gezin,
Deze villa overtrof werkelijk onze verwachtingen! De ruime woonkamer en de gezellige open haard zorgden ervoor dat onze familiebijeenkomsten warm en uitnodigend waren. Het terras was onze favoriete plek om te ontbijten in de ochtendzon. Een echte aanrader!
Het huis was ruim en goed uitgerust, waardoor we ons met onze groep gemakkelijk konden installeren. We waardeerden de nabijheid van Vrouwenpolder en de verschillende eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Een zeer praktische keuze voor gezinnen!
