The spacious 107 m² apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with a bunk bed (90x200 cm), accommodating up to 4 people (maximum 3 adults). It also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and an additional bathroom with a shower. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and raclette set, and is integrated into the bright living and dining area with a cozy sofa and beautiful parquet flooring. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Free internet (Wi-Fi) and TV are provided. The property includes an elevator, garden furniture, and a reserved underground parking space. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided.
