Holiday home Texelfan, located on the small-scale park 't Luwe Land, is situated on the edge of the forest, close to the expansive dune area and the beach at Paal 17. The comfortable bungalow sleeps four and features an enclosed, south-facing garden with plenty of privacy.
The cozy living room is modernly furnished with a leather lounge sofa and comfortable recliners. There's a smart TV, and books and games are stored in the cupboard. The dining area for four is located near the kitchen. Sliding doors in the living room open onto the spacious terrace. And in the evening, you can cozy up with the fireplace from the sofa.
The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to cook or whip up a quick meal. All appliances are included, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, combination microwave, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, citrus juicer, toaster, and filter coffee maker.
The bungalow has two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds (200x90) and ample closet space. One of the bedrooms has a TV. The bathroom, with its skylight, features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
The enclosed south-facing garden offers plenty of privacy and features a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine. A generous dining set and two recliners make for a wonderful place to relax. At the back of the garden is a garden shed with a handcart. You can also store your bicycles there.
A washing machine is located in the indoor storage room. You'll also find children's furniture and a parasol. A parking space has been reserved for you at the house number of the Texelfan holiday home (Californieweg 9a). Free Wi-Fi is available.
