Surrounded by olive groves and hills, the area is ideal for hiking or enjoying the outdoors. Guests are kindly asked to respect a few house rules for a smooth stay. The villa should be left tidy on departure: dishes and utensils washed, bins emptied, fridge cleared, and rubbish removed (otherwise a €25 fee applies). Barbecue use requires cleaning, and all damages should be reported to the hostess. Due to Greek plumbing, no litter is to be flushed in toilets—blockages incur a €150 charge plus repair costs. Pool use requires showering beforehand, umbrellas must be closed when not in use (damage replacement €200), and towels should not be used for makeup removal. Linen stains or unreported damages may result in replacement costs.
