Comfortable studio in a wooded area
Description
Located in Saint-Clair-sur-l'Elle, this holiday home overlooks a lovely, furnished garden where you can set up a barbeque for a gala time. The stay is ideal for a couple and is in close proximity to many nature and forest walks. There is a grassed area and an orchard for guests to use but these are through a gate and not directly next to the home.
The nearest restaurants are 8 km away and shops are 3 km away. Omaha Beach and Normandy Landings are where Allied and Axis Cemeteries, museums and exhibits are easily accessed. Enjoy walks in the large forest east of Cerisy-la-Foret, where deer could be seen.
You can bring 2 pets at extra charge. There is a parking space next to the owner's garage. Please be advised that there are 7 steps up to the home, so people with reduced mobility must take note. Please make use of any of the many books. It is advised that you read the handbook when you arrive.
There is a train station at 8 km, Lison. Caen Port and Airport is 55 km away.

Beautiful surroundings, good reception, accommodation very primitive
Het chalet was de perfecte plek om te ontspannen! De houtkachel was het hoogtepunt van ons verblijf, waardoor we konden ontspannen onder de sterren. Het interieur was gezellig en modern, en de volledig uitgeruste keuken was een waardevolle aanwinst voor ons tijdens familiediners.
The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials, I appreciated the free WiFi and the digital TV for relaxing evenings, It's also conveniently located near some great restaurants, A solid choice for a family vacation,
Wat een schattig studiootje! Perfect voor ons gezin van vier. We hebben genoten van de gezellige ruimte en het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen vanaf het balkon. Het was de perfecte ontsnapping na een lange dag op de piste.
Prachtig ingericht en uiterst comfortabel! De studio was een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor onze verkenning van Normandië. We vonden het geweldig dat er gratis WiFi was en dat er direct naast het pand parkeergelegenheid was.
Geweldige locatie, op korte loopafstand van het strand. Het huis had genoeg ruimte voor ons allemaal en de voorzieningen waren top. We hebben vooral genoten van de comfortabele bedden en de ruime woonkamer.
