The mountain lift to the Hochoetz skiing and hiking area is easily accessible both on foot and with the (ski) bus, which stops directly in front of the apartment. The well-known ski areas of Küthai (17 km), Sölden (31 km) and the Pitztal Glacier (55 km) are easily accessible from Oetz. In summer, the apartment is a good starting point for many excursions. You can go on beautiful hikes in the surrounding area, but there are also many possibilities for cycling tours in the mountains or in the valley. The towns of Imst, Landeck and Innsbruck are nearby and are definitely worth a visit.

Een charmant klein toevluchtsoord in Bienservida. Het privézwembad heeft een fantastische functie en u kunt genieten van de rust van de omliggende tuinen. Het lichtste en meest fantastische uitzicht en een charmant restaurant. Perfect voor natuurliefhebbers!
De locatie is perfect als u op zoek bent naar rust en stilte. Wij waardeerden de gratis WiFi en de ruime opzet van de villa. Wij komen zeker terug!

Het vakantiehuis voelde als een tweede thuis. De ruime kamers, de schone faciliteiten en de prachtige tuin zorgden ervoor dat we een zeer aangenaam verblijf hadden. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
Het appartement was mooi en ruim voor onze groep. We vonden de gezellige inrichting en de grote woonkamer waar we konden rondhangen erg fijn. Het terras was een extra pluspunt om te ontspannen na het skiën. Erg blij met ons verblijf.
