Large lawned area in a plot of 15.000m2 with open views to the countryside with a cared for garden with fruit trees and decorative plants. Recently reformed house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one of which is outside. Very clean and well looked after house, 3 kms from the charming Pollença Old Town and 6kms from the sea.

We had a fantastic stay at Tonina! The private pool was a highlight for us, and the garden view made our mornings so much nicer, The house was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean, A perfect spot for a family getaway!
The location of Tonina is ideal—close enough to Pollença Old Town for easy access but still secluded enough to feel like a peaceful retreat, The barbecue facilities were great, and we enjoyed grilling in the evenings by the pool,
The house is situated in a peaceful area, which made for a relaxing vacation, We loved the large terrace for dining outside and the proximity to the local playground,
