The beach is 900 metres away, and the centre of Pefkochori is just 300 metres from the property, keeping local cafés, restaurants and shops within easy reach.
The suite has two king beds, one on the lower level, illuminated by a light well, and another on the mezzanine. A sofa bed at pool level provides additional sleeping space, accommodating up to five adults or four adults and two children under 11. There are three bathrooms, with one on each level. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are provided, alongside a fridge and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. A TV, bed linen, towels and toiletries are also included.
Outside, unwind in the fenced private garden, where a shaded pergola with a ceiling fan creates a comfortable spot to relax between swims. The unheated private infinity pool measures 20–22 m² and is 1.50 metres deep throughout. Pool-friendly glasses are provided, wooden cutlery is available on request, and gated, secure parking is available on site.
Situated on the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, the suite offers a convenient base for enjoying the beach and exploring Pefkochori. Local cafés, restaurants and shops can deliver directly to the property, while Thessaloniki Airport is approximately one hour away by road, helping make your arrival and coastal stay straightforward.
