ISLAND COUNTRY HOUSE FEUERSTEIN Feel-good ambience in a thatched-roof house with private beach. The 145 square metre Feuerstein half of the house awaits you on 3 floors and for up to 8 people. The country house, designed in subtle and natural colours, allows your gaze to wander into nature from every room. Enjoy your stay in the in-house sauna or by the fireplace on cold evenings. The spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own en-suite bathroom, offer you a relaxing holiday. The property covers approx. 3000 square metres with private water access to the Bodden and is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts. GROUND FLOOR KITCHEN, LIVING-DINING AREA, 1 BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM The cosy living area is equipped with a fireplace, large Smart TV and stereo system for family evenings together. From the living room you have direct access to the west terrace with a view of the Bodden and for particularly beautiful and romantic sunsets over the water. The open and fully equipped country-style kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows and large dining table is ideal for cooking with family or friends. From here you have direct access to the south-facing terrace and the garden to enjoy an undisturbed breakfast or simply relax in the Rügen sunshine. On this level you will find a bedroom with two built-in single beds and Smart TV and the associated bathroom en-suite and is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is also a small storage room in the entrance area. UPPER FLOOR 2 BEDROOMS WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM, LARGE SAUNA BATHROOM WITH TUB AND SHOWER, WASHING MACHINE & DRYER, SEPARATE WC When you enter the upper floor of the house, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and Smart TV. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. As a highlight for relaxation, there is also a private sauna with additional bath and shower on this level. There is also a separate WC and a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. ROOF FLOOR 1 BEDROOM At the very top under the roof of the house is another spacious bedroom with "open beams". The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed and Smart TV, a seating area and a workstation. Enjoy the garden with two terraces and garden furniture (May-October) with your own beach chair. The car park for two cars is located directly on the property. There is also storage space for your bicycles. The private water access to the Bodden can be reached via a wooden staircase. A beach chair with loungers is available for your time by the water. The extensive grounds allow guests of all ages to enjoy many activities directly from the house. The Bodden is a calm body of water in the Baltic Sea and is perfect for families and water sports. Or take advantage of the house's location and start your hike or cycle tour from the front door. ARRIVAL/STAY: On your arrival, the beds are already freshly made and your towels are ready for you. INITIAL EQUIPMENT: As a small starter set you will receive toilet paper, kitchen paper and a washing-up set with tea towels. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the house. W-LAN: You can use the W-LAN in the house free of charge. DEPOSIT: A damage deposit is required when booking. CURE: Rügen holidaymakers can look forward to many kilometres of beaches, which are not only among the most beautiful on the Baltic Sea coast. You can obtain the spa tickets for your stay directly from us. CHILDREN: A travel cot is available for children up to 3 years. The baby cot is equipped with bed linen, pillow and blanket. A baby chair, high chair and children's crockery are available in the house. PETS: Dogs are also allowed to holiday with us at Insel Landhaus Feuerstein. Your well-behaved dog may also stay on our private beach. By prior arrangement and for a fee, your four-legged companion can also spend their holiday with us. Dogs are also subject to visitor's tax GARDEN FURNITURE: Balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally from May to October. E-AUTOS: Charging of electronic vehicles or hybrid is not possible here. FIRE PROTECTION: Please note that a thatched roof house is extremely vulnerable to fire. Smoking, open fires, barbecues with charcoal or lighting fireworks is not permitted. GROUPS: The booking of youth groups up to 25 years, stag parties etc. is not possible. The small and quiet fishing village of Gager is located in the centre of the UNESCO Mönchgut Biosphere Reserve. Here you will find a harbour where you can buy fish directly from the cutter or set off on an excursion by boat. A beautiful new meadow playground has also been built in Gager for little adventurers. Every day you can buy fresh bread rolls and much more from the small Bodden shop. The nearby seaside resorts of Binz, Baabe, Göhren and Sellin can be reached quickly by car, bike or public transport. There you will find, for example, piers, beaches, playgrounds, restaurants or you can take a ride on the Raging Roland. Popular day trip destinations include the Königstuhl chalk cliffs, the treetop walk, Cape Arkona and Prorer Wiek. Sports are not neglected either. There are surf schools in Sellin. Let yourself be inspired by surf, kite or SUP courses. Play whatever your heart desires at Golf Schloss Ranzow or Schloss Karnitz. Directly from the house you can go hiking, cycling or use the private Bodden access for water sports. Other special attractions are the Jasmund National Park, the island toboggan run, the Karls Erlednisdorf and the Störtebeker Festival in Ralswiek.
