This lovely 1-bedroom flat can accommodate a family of 4. It has a shared garden and a shared swimming pool in the middle of greenery and is a perfect escape from stressful city life.
The city centre is only 200 m away. Basic shopping is possible 500 m away.
The villa also has a barbecue and there are playground equipment for the little ones. There is a recreation room with a fireplace and ample seating. Central heating ensures a warm environment.
Public transport is available 1.5 km away.
Piticchio is a picturesque village, where you can have fun, enjoy the unsurpassed tranquillity of the place and unparalleled views, surrounded by nature.
On one side, the impassable chain of the Apennines towers, on the other the Adriatic Sea, and in between, gentle hills rise up in a beautiful setting, characterised by a truly extraordinary variety of landscapes. The village of Piticchio is only a few hundred metres from the house. Since the streets of Piticchio are not busy, children can play in the street without danger.
To discover the typical local cuisine, near Piticchio and Arcevia there are many restaurants and agriturismi where you can spend a pleasant evening.

The most beautiful view and sunset! We sat by the pool for hours and looked ... apartment was neat and had everything. We did not have a private balcony or garden adjacent to the apartment, but made use of the table and kitchen near the garden. The owners are super sweet and helpful. We felt very welcome. Piticchio is a super small but sweet place. Bakery and shop around the corner. Supermarket to Max 10 min drive. The location was perfect for doing various trips in the area. We had a great time!
Arrival excellent, very welcoming received! Nice accomodation Price / quality ratio dikke 10.Very extensive information available about everything to experience. And there is a range of possibilities in all areas of culture, nature, gastronomy, beach, everything that you are looking for is present and in a short while. Also, you can point to a number of excellent restaurants in the area that you could not find yourself . In nice locations in the interior. When you arrive in a restaurant, guests are mainly Italian and that says enough about what you are expecting. The owners will do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Very welcoming, speak well German the rooms were neat clean and tidy, good beds and fantastic surroundings. The inhabitants are also very hospitable and friendly, for us it was wonderful to enjoy a beautiful setting with lots of rest and nice walks in nature. In short, recommended.
The cottage is simple but effective ingericht.Alles what you need is aanwezig.De owners are super vriendelijk.niets is too much to ask and they will help you very much with of alles.supermarkt and restaurant are well spaced but that should Fun not drukken.Maar with this amazing view is wonderful to relax at the zwembad.ECHT a must if you want peace and space want.We had a top holiday
Nice house on the edge of the small Pittichio. Nice view. There is a small pool with plenty of lounge chairs, also with a nice view. There is a bakery (fresh bread) 50 meters opposite a small food affair. Pittichio is a beautiful old village with a pleasant terrace on the village square. The area has lots to see, and the beach is one kilometer or 30. Pietro and Birgitte (hosts) are very friendly and helpful one speak German.
Nice place with nice views. There is a bakery and a cafe in the village. There are many small villages / castles in the area. San Marino is 1.5 hours away from it but we found one of the most fun trips. A day at the pool the kids loved very nice however the water was quite cold.
