This delightful holiday home is located just outside Renesse, on the quiet side of the beach, yet with the lively village and the dunes within easy reach. From the property, you can even enjoy a view of the dunes. The house is situated in a small park with other holiday homes, offering a perfect balance between privacy and sociability. In this holiday home, you immediately enter the bright living area, consisting of the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The living room invites you to spend cozy evenings or family movie nights on the comfortable sofas. From the sofa, you look directly into the garden through the large windows.

The open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, is situated between the living room and one of the bedrooms. Whether you want to whip up a quick snack or cook a full dinner for six people, everything is within reach: from the stove to the dishwasher, refrigerator, and from the toaster to the Senseo coffee machine and kettle. The inviting round dining table, with space for six people and a clear view of the garden, provides a pleasant setting for every meal.

Behind the kitchen, you enter the first bedroom on the ground floor via a hallway. This room, equipped with a comfortable double bed (140x200 cm, also known as a French bed), nightstands, and a wardrobe, provides direct access to an adjacent bathroom with a shower and sink.

On the upper floor, you have a beautiful view of the dunes. Here you will find two additional bedrooms accessible via the stairs in the living room, each with its own character. One bedroom, with a cozy sitting area on the covered balcony and facing south, has a double bed (180x200 cm). The other room, perfect for children, features two separate beds. Both rooms, like the ones downstairs, are equipped with nightstands and wardrobes. The bathroom on the upper floor, complete with a shower, second toilet, and sink, ensures you can start your day fresh or unwind in the evening.

The garden, with a generous area of 347 m², surrounds the house and offers sun or shade at any time of the day. Whether you want to relax on the terrace, sheltered under the covered area, or lie on one of the two sunbeds in the sun, it’s all possible. And the garden table for six people is perfect for enjoying a meal or drinks outdoors.

Bringing your bikes or renting them nearby? They can be safely stored in the covered bike shed. With two parking spaces on the driveway in front of the house, there's always room for your car(s). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house. However, for children up to two years old, there is a foldable travel crib (60x120 cm) and a high chair available.

Whether you come for the tranquility, want to explore the surroundings, or just enjoy time together, this holiday home offers it all. With its comfortable furnishings, spacious layout, and sunny garden, it is the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.
