Een supermarkt en een bakkerij bevinden zich op loopafstand. Het huis staat loodrecht op de kust, dus je moet een beetje draaien om van het uitzicht op zee te genieten. De omgeving is rustig - je hoort de zee, de wind en de regen. De keuken is goed uitgerust met twee kookplaten, glaskeramiek en een oven, en de gezellige zithoek nodigt je uit om te ontspannen.
