Description
Attractively decorated Scandinavian-style holiday home located in the Holiday Vital Resort holiday park in Großenbrode. Discover your perfect getaway in this spacious holiday home featuring a cozy 38 m² living room with a wood-burning stove and modern amenities. Accommodating up to 10 guests, it includes four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with single beds) plus an alcove with an additional double bed and a cot. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, two luxurious bathrooms with underfloor heating, and relax on the terrace or in the heated indoor whirlpool and sauna.
Electric charging station: Holiday Vital Resort has 5 charging stations for electric cars, including 2 Superchargers for Tesla and other brands. The charging stations are located in the car park in front of the reception. Charging electric cars directly at the holiday home is not allowed and is not covered by the electricity price!
For arrivals from 1 June 2023 onwards, the following rule applies: From the first pet, the on-site costs are EUR 30 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets are allowed.
On one of the plots in the 1st construction phase of the holiday home park, there is a sports field where children can play football, tennis, basketball etc.There is also a sports hall, which can be used free of charge by guests for e.g. badminton and various ball games. Please send your enquiries to the on-site service office. There is also a supermarket next to the service office.
As this is a row of houses with several identical houses, the colour, decor and location in the holiday park may vary. The houses were built between 2012 and 2022 and have been continuously renovated. Some houses have railings around the terrace, others do not. The distance to the coast varies between 500 and 800 metres. Please also note that the exterior and interior images are model images of different holiday homes in the series.

The division of the rooms made total sense,

Everything was there that we needed with 6 adults and 2 children. The living room is tastefully furnished and we could often have dinner on the terrace. The sauna was repaired the very next day. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and the blinds are too translucent, which was difficult for two small children who were supposed to sleep.
The house was very clean, the room layout was good, / Everything you need is there,
Highly recommended are the Restaurant Großenbrode and Bistro Norbu. As a day trip we recommend Fehmarn or Heiligenhafen.
