The apartment is located on the first floor of the well-maintained Seepark Sellin holiday complex. The beach, the Baltic Sea, and Lake Sellin are only about 900 meters away and easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Shops and a bakery are located directly in the complex.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A modern bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as Wi-Fi and TV, provide additional comfort. You can spend relaxing hours on the northwest-facing balcony and unwind at the end of the day.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and one pet is welcome. Bed linen is provided once. Guests also have access to a bicycle storage room and a children's playground in the complex. A security deposit of €100 is required for the apartment and will be refunded upon departure.
