The living room features a dining table seating four, a double sofa and an armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a balcony with views towards the Oberalp Pass. Wi-Fi is available throughout the flat (free of charge). A flat-screen TV with a cable connection. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, a raclette grill and a fondue caquelon. Bathroom: 1 bathroom: A modern, compact bathroom with a shower and toilet/washbasin. Bathroom linen can be provided on request. Other rooms: Shared use of the washing machine and tumble dryer is available on request. Accommodation for two adults and two children is available on request.

The three-room flat (first floor) and the two-room flat (top floor, third floor) are situated in a block of flats comprising a total of four flats. The ‘Uf am Stutz’ house is situated in the hamlet of Misanenga in a sunny spot, close to the Misanenga–Untermatt 4-seater chairlift and Chummenbühl. There is a ski and drying room in the basement. A parking space is available right next to the house. Stunning views of the beautiful mountains, just a few minutes’ walk from the chairlift and the Rufalipark with its swimming lake (free of charge). The Chummenbühl ski lift is accessible on skis. It is a 5-minute walk to the ice rink, to Rufalipark – a leisure park with a swimming lake and a large playground – and to the new 4-seater chairlift from Misanenga to Untermatt. Shopping facilities are available in Obersaxen-Affeier (10 minutes’ walk) and in Obersaxen-Meierhof (2 minutes by car). Pets are not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.
