The island has a beautiful coastline and beach area 40 km wide with beaches that are usually up to 100 m wide and offer many opportunities for swimming and lounging. The island of Usedom is located in Eastern Pomerania and is the second largest island in Germany after Rügen. With an average of 1917 hours of sunshine per year, Usedom is the sunniest region in Germany and therefore a great holiday destination. In addition to nature, Usedom also has a lot to offer in terms of history, sport, and culture and can therefore be visited outside of the summer months. In the town of Usedom you will find many cosy street cafés and shops as well as all kinds of nightlife options. The famous seaside resorts of Usedom – such as Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and Bansin – are only about 20 km away. De locatie is ongeëvenaard! Gewoon een korte wandeling naar het strand en omringd door de natuur, Het appartement zelf was ruim genoeg voor twee en had alle essentiële voorzieningen

Diese Wohnung war ein schöner Rückzugsort! Die Terrasse war perfekt zum Sonnenbaden, und wir haben abendliche Grillpartys genossen, Die Nähe zum Strand machte es einfach, lange Spaziergänge am Wasser zu genießen
We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, It's a bit far from some attractions, but that just added to the tranquility we were looking for
