The manor house enjoys a wonderfully idyllic location in the small village of Welzin, situated on a peninsula between Lake Usedom and the Szczecin Lagoon.
Here you can enjoy your vacation days by the year-round heated pool with counter-current system and massage function, in the exclusive sauna, and in the evenings in the pergola by the fireplace, or when it gets cooler, in the romantic conservatory.
Or perhaps a "movie night" by the tiled stove in front of the 48-inch screen. During construction, we placed particular emphasis on using ecologically sound building materials. For example, all the interiors are plastered with clay and painted with pure lime paint. But see for yourself. You are most welcome!
