Situated just 500 meters from the beach, this holiday home provides easy access to the scenic dunes and nature reserves of De Manteling and Oranjezon. The charming coastal town of Oostkapelle, only 1.7 km away, offers a selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Fresh markets provide local produce and seafood, while nearby cycling and hiking trails invite guests to explore the natural beauty of the region. Historic sites and cultural attractions are within a short drive.
Inside, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. The living room, complete with a TV, provides a welcoming space for relaxation. The home is designed for comfort, making it an excellent choice for a seaside getaway.
Note: Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Hof Domburg/Buitenhof/Wijngaerde/Bos&Duin will be closed from 03.11.25 to 10.11.25. You are most welcome to come and swim in the swimming pool at Roompot Beach Resort.

Well furnished house, complete kitchen, fresh colors, the beds sleep well.
The house was very clean. The facility was new and very functional. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook on vacation. We had a very nice stay

Nicely renovated house but: Roompot does nothing with our complaint about missing hood and washing machine that made a lot of noise ... (dishwasher noise disappeared later in the week). Response when handing over access cards from creampot was.. You should complain more often and we have passed it on and mistakes happen??? maybe we got our money back for the linen package? Furthermore, some heaters did not work and others fortunately did? The extraction in the toilet / bathroom is very loud and is on 24 hours a day. Without the energy and annoying ... Some lamps were broken and they are sitting on the couch in the wrong places to read ... You can see that a lot of work has been put into the renovation so these kinds of points are a pity for all that work .... so owner do something with it ... the location of the house to go to Zeeland and the beach in the summer is fine so if the negatives are resolved it is a good house. Certainly large enough for 6 people and good furniture also in the garden ...
