Quietly situated property in a forest clearing Our two holiday homes and the main house of the host family are quietly situated in a forest clearing about 200m from the nearest neighbours. The holiday home also has a covered terrace with its own part of the garden, which is fenced off and therefore also suitable for dogs and small children. There is garden furniture, two sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue on the terrace. The Vanessa holiday home is spread over two floors. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a four-poster bed, a wardrobe, two wingback armchairs, a reading lamp and a panoramic window with a view of the forest clearing. The second bedroom has a single bed, a desk with reading lamp, a bookshelf and a wardrobe. On the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, washbasin, boiler for hot water and a WC. There is also a cosy living room with a kitchen. In addition to all the important kitchen utensils, there is also a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, a kettle and a coffee machine. The dining table invites you to eat together after preparing and cooking. The large tiled stove is also stoked from here. In the living area there is a large cosy tiled stove with a seating area. From the two armchairs you have a wonderful view through the patio doors onto your own fenced garden. In the 1000 square metre pond you can fish, swim or take a dinghy ride. The nearest open-air swimming pool is about half an hour's walk away. If you prefer to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, you can go hiking or mushroom hunting in the forest right next to our farm. There is also an old railway line in Schöllnach, which is now paved. There you have the possibility to explore the route in summer by bike, inline skates or on foot in the direction of Kalteneck or Niederalteich. In winter - if there is enough snow - this route is prepared for cross-country skiers. The holiday home is heated exclusively by a tiled stove. Firewood is available in sufficient quantities.
