Explore the area either on foot, by bike or with the house's own canoe (use is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). Then you can relax in the hot tub or sauna. On cooler days, the stove provides heat so family and friends can enjoy themselves in the large living room or around the dining table in the conservatory.
