The villa is 1 km from the beach and various water sports. There are many beaches along the romantic Mediterranean Sea Coast, which are great to spend some time on the waters. Restaurants and supermarkets can be found at 3 km. You can spend a day strolling through Saint-Tropez, another in exploring Saint-Maxime and yet another in Saint-Aygulf.
While you are having meals in the terrace, dipping in the pool, or relaxing in the lounge, you can admire the sea views from everywhere in and around the villa. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. In the fenced garden, children and pets can play around safely. You have garden furniture and sun loungers to relax. Evenings can be enjoyed by the poolside with the barbecue. An enclosed parking area, 2 children's beds, and a high chair are available for convenience.

Beautiful, large and well-kept holiday villa. The house offers perfect privacy due to the high location, the large green garden and the fact that the adjacent plot is undeveloped. The pool is too small to swim laps, but great for relaxing and cooling off. At the deep end it has a depth of 180 cm. The view from the swimming pool and the large balcony is very beautiful. There are sleeping places on three levels (swimming pool, ground floor and turret), making it ideal for parties. The tower with associated balcony is the most romantic, but has no private bathroom or toilet. The road to the house is steep (especially the last turn up) and in poor condition. Was a minor annoyance, especially with our low sports car. As the crow flies the house is only a few hundred meters from the sea, but due to its high location and steep road it is not practical to descend on foot. The only thing you can do without a car is to put the garbage out. It is possible to park three cars behind the two gates on your own property. another cross trainer and weights with bench stand. There is also a children's play corner in the house, beach toys and inflatable things for in the pool. The house does not have a TV, but there is a beamer with projection wall in the living room. The contact person of the owner was pleasant to deal with and contributed to our pleasant and relaxing holiday.
