Pasalites is a small mountain village with a beautifully renovated village square and a small church, typically Greek, full of friendly and helpful residents with a beautiful view of Mount Psiloritis, the highest mountain in Crete. This villiage is great for cycling, walking, photography and painting. Market town of Perama is 6 mins by car where there is a wide range of shops, cafes and other amenities. The historical sites of Melidoni caves, Eleftherna, Arkadia and Rethymnon are a short distance away.
The cottage has its own courtyard / garden, where you can sit in the garden, in the shade of fruit trees. The courtyard is completely enclosed and is safe for small children.

We arrived with instructions to find the key but were not met - it was not necessary
Cozy cottage in a small quiet village with private patio. Basic necessities were ready in the fridge, for the groceries you may well end up in a village a little further, where supermarkets.
It was a nice experience overall, The cottage was quaint and cozy, but we found it a bit basic for our taste, However, the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful garden made up for it,
