The exceptionally good location of the villa is to your advantage, as no car will be needed to go to the lively tourist town of Medulin with countless restaurants, beach bars, and beaches, since the distance is just about 900 m.

On the ground floor, there is a modern living area with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms - double bed and 2 bathrooms, one of which one bedroom has a private bathroom. The in-house sauna with shower is also located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there are 2 more double-bed bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, another living room with a sofa bed, and a playroom with PlayStation 4, a billiard table, and a dart machine. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 double-bed bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful sea view from the terrace. The fully air-conditioned villa is for sole use and can accommodate up to 22 people.

The outdoor area offers a fantastic 70 sqm swimming pool, a heated whirlpool, lounge beds, garden furniture, sun protection, a covered dining terrace, and a summer kitchen with a grill. The villa is completely enclosed and has private parking spaces.
