This is a gorgeous 3-bedroom villa in Ciudad Quesada. It's on Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca and is perfect for families.
The Guardamar beach is just 7 km away and the town of Ciudad Quesada is 2 km from here. From the house you can explore the wider surroundings. Torrevieja towns such as Elche, Cartagena and Murcia are also worth a visit. Restaurants and supermarkets are 500m away.
You can idle away the hours in the garden around the swimming pool and enjoy the Spanish way of life. The kitchen is completely furnished and both bathrooms have a lovely walk-in shower. The whole villa has air conditioning and up on the roof terrace there are loungers, a dining table and a barbecue. You can get a cot on request. You're allowed to bring 3 pets. The home offers bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.

House was very disappointing on arrival. Key handover of 1 minute from people who did not speak a word of English, Spanish or Dutch. Lots of deferred maintenance inside and out. Isn't worth a lot of money. At the pool you lie on plastic sunbeds… impossible. So we are away a lot, but of course that was not the intention. Pool tiles are loose, so you have to pay attention. I don't think the house is a good advertisement for Belvilla!
Super nice house and top price!
We have been trying to contact you for months, given the travel ban that was imposed in Belgium, we could not travel to Spain, we have also been in contact with Spain several times and they agreed that you would give us a new voucher or us refund money. We have e-mailed and even called you several times, but this was not answered. We therefore feel obliged to take further steps, will contact Test purchase.
The accommodation was excellent with great facilities and everything we needed in the Villa for a lovely holiday.
Great site to book! Everything clear and good prices
Beautiful house in a quiet area. Houses are close together, but you do not have to be bothered by the neighbors. Center of Torrevieja and the beach 15 minutes drive. 2 cars fit in the driveway. We were warned about crime in the neighborhood by the neighbor, but we were not bothered by it. Quesada is a village consisting of one street but is nice with the supermarket and some restaurants. House is spacious, air conditioning works well and pool is cleaned well. All in all, a very nice holiday in a nice place.
