This luxury villa is located on the edge of the seaside resort of De Koog, near the beach and forest. Inspired by the typical Texel sheepfold, the villa offers a wonderful view of the south-facing garden. This is an absolutely top-of-the-line house with a unique and tasteful interior.
The spacious living room features a sitting area with a fireplace, smart TV, and music system. There is a dining area with a large dining table for six. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a combination microwave, steam oven, dishwasher, Quooker, and coffee maker.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with two rain showers and a double sink. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. These bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower and bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds, and the bedrooms on the first floor have a TV. The beds are made as standard, and towels are provided.
The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture. There's a trampoline for the kids. There's a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with The Bastard BBQ. The wood-fired hot tub is available year-round. Enjoy the wonderful smells, the sounds of nature, the flaming wood fire, and the stars in the sky. The garden is enclosed, partly by a gate and partly by a natural "Texel garden wall."
