Relax in this amazing villa with your family and friends who wish to discover the beauties of Tuscany. The villa has a large private swimming pool equipped with a hydro-massage area. The pool area is complete with a solarium with deck chairs and loungers and surrounded by a fenced garden (with electro-pasture and hedge), a landscape full of olive groves, vines, wheat fields, sunflowers and Mediterranean woods.
Located on the border between the provinces of Pisa, Florence and Siena, a short distance from the splendid villages of Volterra (24km), S. Gimignano (35km) and many other enchanting Tuscan villages.
The villa is over two floors. From the main entrance, you enter the large open space, the living area, the dining room, with a large table, and the living room, with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV and fireplace. A pergola, free on three sides, furnished as a dining area and complete with barbecue will be your favourite place to enjoy excellent meals in the open air.

Luxury apartment just steps away from the ski area, complete with garage and heated ski room
Tout était merveilleux! La villa était bien équipée et nous avons adoré le charme rustique, L'emplacement nous a permis de visiter facilement des attractions locales, comme le Museo Piaggio, qui était fascinant,
Cette villa a dépassé nos attentes, L'intérieur était magnifiquement décoré et extrêmement confortable, Nous avons apprécié la cuisine entièrement équipée, ce qui a rendu le fait de cuisiner ensemble un vrai plaisir, Les villes voisines de Volterra et San Gimignano étaient facilement accessibles pour des excursions d'une journée,
Schoon, comfortabel og goed gelegen, Alles was zoals beschreven, og vi hadde ingen klager, Værtsfolkene var også veldig responsieve til våre behov,
De villa ligt een beetje afgelegen, maar dat is juist de charme. Het voelde als een echte ontsnapping aan de drukte. We vonden het heerlijk om de schilderachtige wegen te verkennen en de nabijgelegen dorpen te bezoeken. Het Romeinse theater was een interessante historische plek om te zien.
Wat een pareltje! De sfeer was zo gastvrij. Ik vond de ruime indeling van het vakantiehuis geweldig, wat het perfect maakte voor ons familiefeestje. De kinderen vermaakten zich in de tuin!
