For guests who do not wish to rent a car, the owner of Villa Lupo can arrange airport transfers and local excursions (all payable locally).

The furnished loggia with barbecue overlooks the pool which measures 10 x 5 x 1.4 meters deep. Towels for the pool are provided. Location The town of Valtopina is just one kilometer downhill for most essential shops as well as bar, restaurant, bank and pharmacy, while Foligno is only 16kms for a wider range of amenities. The 1,290 meter high Mount Subasio stands between our house and Assisi in the green heart of Umbria. In fact, Villa Lupo sits on the side of a hill and is surrounded by green wooded hills and valleys - a real Umbrian Eden!

Parquet floors abound and fixtures and fittings are very modern and comfortable. The entire property is fenced with electric gates giving access to off-road private parking.
