"Dar el Marsa" is a very nice villa with sea views situated in the select complex of "Marina del Este" - set in the Punta de la Mona area between Almuñécar and La Herradura with beautiful views to the Mediterranean and to the coastal town of Almuñécar with its Moorish styled Arab castle. This villa is perfect for families with children, couples and groups. Sleeping up to 8 people. The property comprises 4 bedrooms (2 with bathroom en-suite), 1 family bathroom, 2 guest toilets, a large living dining room with an open kitchen, several south facing terraces and a private garage. POOL (August 2021)I would like once again to drop attention to the fact that the pool is temporarily taken away to be replaced with the new one (which is bought and waits for delivery). Unfortunately the companies installing permanent pools are not available in the region which obliges us to wait for solid installation in regard of necessary security principles to be implemented on our villa. Hope you understand our disappointment, even though we hoped to manage to do it before high season. We even have installed beginning of July temporal pool, having brought it from France, but it seemed not perfect to use because of its not solid enough structure. We were obliged to take it away for security reasons, we made efforts and assume now financial losses but we prefer this instead of putting our guests in danger.
