Elegantly furnished, our villa welcomes our guests in a relaxing environment. All rooms have: bathroom with shower or bath, toilet, washbasin and bidet, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning with individually controlled heat pump, linen and toiletries. The villa is on 3 levels. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and 1 kitchen equipped with espresso machine and other accessories, balcony. On the ground floor there is a pizzeria which, depending on the availability of the owner, can be made available to guests to make pizza with a stone oven. The entire house is fenced off and has a 5 x 10 m swimming pool and a small plot of land used for growing seasonal vegetables for family use. The Villa is located on the slopes of Etna in a strategic position, because it is only 5 km from Acireale, 9 km from the seaside resorts of Stazzo and Pozzillo (cliffs), 15 km from Etna Park, 7 km from Zafferana Etnea, 20 km from Catania and 34 km from Taormina. Special features: Our house produces and uses alternative energy from the sun. The municipality in which the Villa is located is Santa Venerina, with about 8400 inhabitants over an area of 19 square kilometres. The altitude is 337 metres above sea level. Santa Venerina is known for its famous distillates and sweets that are exported all over the world. Nearby is Zafferana Etnea, a town renowned for its honey production. Santa Venerina also borders with Acireale, a Baroque town, known for its famous Carnival and the Faraglioni of Acitrezza.

Very nice house, lots of space and large balconies. Enjoyed the salt water pool. Very friendly owner, if you needed something an app and he responded immediately. We were also allowed in the house earlier because we had an early flight that was very nice with four children. I would highly recommend this location. Order a pizza at le liniera, eat out at restaurante pizzeria belvedere in zarafinna and visit Taormina!

Beautiful location, from terrace overlooking the sea and Etna. Very friendly host, attentive and hospitable. Communication via app related to language worked fine. However, a lot of traffic noise.

Belvilla had given us the wrong address. This was a difficult start. Yet compensated by friendly and enthusiastic reception! The house / apartment is very well located for exploring the region! The pool was great for cooling. Our company was satisfied with the accommodation we had the necessary comfort. House is located on busy job ....
