Description
This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people, ideal for families with children. Centrally located 3.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach with great promenade of Sant Antoni de Calonge.
The villa is just outside the village of Calonge in an urbanisation with views over the forest and mountains. You can play tennis, cycle and golf in the area. From this villa with a large pool you have views of the Les Gavarres mountains. It is built in characteristic Catalan style.
There are an outdoor shower and barbecue. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms each with a balcony and 1 bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace, a covered veranda, an open kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine and 1 bedroom with bathroom. New cool beds were installed in 2024 and the living room has new chairs. There is a garage and WiFi in the house. This property is not rented to groups of young people because of its quietness. Organising student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited in this house.

Enthusiastic reception, house is fully equipped. Beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery. This holiday is relaxation at its best!
We were met by someone from the accommodation and immediately showed us around the accommodation. The villa was beautiful, beautifully finished, and quiet. Spaciously situated in a perfectly maintained garden. Only the pool was a bit cloudy on arrival. We solved that ourselves by increasing the chlorine content. The pool was unpaved, but still had a lovely 28 degrees (early June). The dishwasher broke during our stay. An hour after we reported this, there was already a technician at the door. Perfect service! There was no air conditioning in the house, but the temperature did not rise above 24.5 degrees in the house while it was 35 outside. We had a great holiday in a very nice accommodation. This one is worth it.

Beautiful house: everything is there, nice and quiet, nice swimming pool, nice kitchen. There is no air conditioning but due to the fans on the ceiling this is sufficiently compensated. The rooms are spacious and practically furnished. idem with the 2 bathrooms! Last year we had quite some problems with ants, but this year this was no problem at all.

we were amazed at the sight of this beautiful villa inside and outside is a marvel really relaxing very well maintained bravo! the kids were delighted with their room overall it was magical i found myself in my universe decor side and we will definitely return. Thank you
