Enjoy a wonderful holiday in this lovely air-conditioned holiday home with private pool. It is located in the countryside, in a pretty village in the Hérault region and 45 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches.
Take a walk or bike ride in the Haut-Languedoc Natural Park, organise a picnic on the sandy beaches of Gruissan or Valras (less than an hour's drive away) or entertain yourself during an afternoon shopping in Montpellier, Narbonne (20 km), Béziers (30 km) or Agde. The village of Aigues-Vives is home to authentic houses and it is surrounded by a picturesque landscape that you can explore via the beautiful hiking trails that run through it. Moreover, you will find a playground, a bowling alley and a tennis court.
Here you can have the ultimate time with family or friends. Relax with a good book in the enclosed garden while the children play carefree in the swimming pool.

The location is rural and quiet. A wonderful bakery with the best croissants in the world is 5 minutes away. A grocery store is also nearby. The house is big, really well equipped. The pool is clean and big enough, is cleaned once a week.
Very dangerous swimming pool, no ladder, no handrail, my partner broke her arm losing her balance when entering the water (> Narbonne emergencies, plaster up to the armpit). The parasol does not shelter from the sun. We have to move constantly to stay in the small area of shade of a damaged parasol. Parasol which has just overturned, causing the table in its fall. No parasol therefore. BBQ is unusable, we had to buy one on site. The fridge is too small and the built-in freezer sucks (soft ice cream). Access to the pool terrace is difficult, the deckchairs are near the machinery of the swimming pool (noise!) and, no can opener. Finally, when entering the house, a bare bulb in the open kitchen is quite disconcerting. Finally, there is no shelter in the event of a light rain: all inside while waiting for it to pass! In short, rental far too expensive for what it offers, not at the level of what you offer elsewhere.
Everything you need is available in the house. Quiet village with a bakery and a small supermarket for daily things within walking distance. Swimming pool great for floating around. Air conditioner works well.
The house was very neat when we arrived. All comfort is available. In the vicinity the necessary shops and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood .
