House is basic but clean. House is described as suitable for 8 people, but the facilities do not allow this. (Inside a dining table for 6 people, a very small and very dirty bbq, fridge and freezer only cooled by the day after arrival and also much too small for 8 people. 1 neighbor even calls the police on Friday during the day for "noise nuisance". This is very regrettable and gives a negative atmosphere to a weekend away with other couples / friends.From 20 o'clock no more noise made and yet the next morning at 06:30 the car came to honk the horn in front of the house until we came outside.(Neighbor works with the night shift and want absolute silence during the day).
Nice surroundings, spacious house
The house was not clean at all and there was also enough damage. In the bedroom was the metal plate of the door so that it could not close. The bedside table was broken, the shower rod was loose in the wall and when you wanted to move it you had it in your hands. There was also water damage to the ceiling, so we also had mold over our heads while showering and there were several holes in the wall. In the bedroom with the bunk beds, the wood of 1 bed has been cracked from underneath. Half of the lights weren't working anyway. Once I arrived in the kitchen, I was allowed to put all the cutlery, plates, glasses and bags that we would use in the dishwasher. There were dead insects in the drawer, carrots still present between the grater and food still caked on the plates and in the bags. I would not write this review if we could have proper contact with the owner. 3 weeks after my original email still no response. Sent a text a week later and we were going to get an answer soon (didn't happen). Then I called and went to know something before the weekend. (didn't happen) The only thing we liked about the cottage was the company and the location. Not worth 485 euros.
the house is well located for activities such as walks, bike rides, It is located right in front of the Ovifat alpine ski parking lot. The house is pretty and practical but it and its equipment are quite old and not sufficiently maintained ( mattress, dishwasher, garden, picture frames, bathroom ....). There was no presence of anyone at the entrance and at the exit. The owner is kind and responded to our requests for intervention even if with a delay.
