Great location in a beautiful old Italian house. Lots of privacy and shade, lovely pool. The owners Sylvia and Mario are friendly and calm owners and share a lot of info. We had a great week with plenty of sightseeing in the area such as Assisi and mountain walks. Highly recommended!!!!Rob, Noor and kids
Very authentic italian summer recidence. Well functioning with 4 bedrooms each with their own entrance. Nice pool, but small. Difficult access conditions to the house itself.
The house was not ready yet. They were still cleaning the living room. Accommodation is great, wooded area. However, many suffer from mosquitoes and vermin

Nice house in great environment. Friendly and neat reception with good tips what to do in the area.
Everything was perfect . The welcome of the owners, their availability and enthusiasm. The villa had all the necessary comfort. The setting resting among the olive trees.
