The villa is divided into two apartments, MIMOSA and MAGNOLIA. They have recently been tastefully renovated and furnished with antiques and elegant, rustic furniture. Amenities include a dishwasher, satellite TV, and a laundry room. And of course, there's parking in front of the house.
A large garden with fruit and nut trees—from which guests can sample aromatic mirabelle plums, cherries, or figs depending on the season—a barbecue area, a sun terrace with garden furniture, and a pergola with a small herb garden complete the natural setting.

The MAGNOLIA apartment (2 beds) is wheelchair accessible and features a living/dining room (satellite TV) with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.
