Description
Set in Linjan, just 1.5 km from the beach, this is a luxurious 5-bedroom holiday home. The holiday home has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for an exotic vacation. It is ideal for a family or two families with a total of 11 persons.
From the holiday home, the restaurants and supermarkets are at 400 m. At 500 m, you arrive at the Linjan town center. If you wish to spend a day by the sea and have fun on the beach, you need to go 1.5 km. The town of Pula with its Roman amphitheater at lies at 12 km and is certainly worth a visit. You could also head to the town of Rovinj at 47 km, which is known as the Pearl of Istria.
The holiday home has an air-conditioned living room to hang out with the whole family. In the spacious, enclosed garden, you can lie down with a good book or play ball games with children. Evenings can be made special with a wonderful glass of wine and a hot barbecue on the covered terrace. Parking is available here.

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf in dit vakantiehuis in Ližnjan! De ruimte was ongelooflijk ruim, perfect voor ons gezin van zes, en de kinderen hielden van het privézwembad, We hebben uren doorgebracht met loungen bij het water en spelen in de grote tuin, De locatie is handig, met een paar leuke restaurants op een korte loopafstand, Zeker aanbevelen het nabijgelegen Matićev Pisak-strand voor een dag in de zon, Over het algemeen een geweldige plek voor een ontspannen uitje!
Geweldige ervaring! De gastheren waren vriendelijk en responsief, De tuin was een fantastisch speelgebied voor onze kinderen, en het zwembad had precies de juiste grootte, We hielden ervan om de nabijgelegen stranden te verkennen en de lokale keuken uit te proberen
Ik vond het geweldig at hier te verblijven! Het huis was charmant, en een zwembad was een enorme bonus, Het was ook gunstig gelegen nabij enkele fantastische restaurants, Het enige nadeel was dat we wensten dat we langer konden blijven!
Een heerlijke vakantiewoning met een geweldige indeling voor gezinnen, De slaapkamers waren ruim, en we waardeerden de aparte badkamers, We genoten van het bezoeken van de nabijgelegen archeologische sites en de prachtige stranden, Over het algemeen een zeer aangenaam verblijf
Comfy and cozy spot! The air-conditioning was a lifesaver, especially in the heat, We were a group of 7 and had so much space, plus the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some meals, The neighborhood was quiet, which made for a nice sleep every night, Only thing, the WiFi could be a lil faster, but overall, a great stay!
We had such a lovely time at this holiday home, The location was perfect for us, just a short drive to Pula and the beach was only 1,5 km away, The garden was awesome for relaxing, and we spent most evenings grilling on the terrace, Everything was super clean and well-equipped, felt like home away from home, Would def come back!
