This modern villa in Óbidos has comfortable bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday. It features a fantastic private pool as well as 2 children's pools.
The villa is located on the Bom Sucesso golf resort, equipped with a football pitch (free use), gym, golf course (18 holes), 4 tennis courts, a padel court, some shops and a restaurant. Bom Sucesso is located in a beautiful natural area just 7 km from Praia d'el Rey beach and 9 km from Bom Sucesso beach. It lies on a beautiful lagoon (with lovely beach!) with the lovely town of Foz de Arelho (16 km) across the road.
This detached villa is a feat of architecture! It is almost entirely made of glass. All windows are sliding doors which makes the house nice and bright and pleasant. The villa is divided into 2 parts with a patio in the middle. The part on the side of the spacious patio and pool consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the other side, via a few steps, you will find the bedrooms with bathrooms. The furnishings are very modern.

Wonderful house with great swimming pool. Kitchen is well equipped, everything was cleaned perfectly. Sunny from morning to evening. No restaurants and supermarkets nearby, you have to drive around 15 minutes.
Mega nice and clean villa on arrival. Very helpful woman on arrival speaks poor English but always available via WhatsApp if there is something. Definitely recommended
Lovely house! Lots of light and sliding doors, so you can connect the terrace to the living room and kitchen. House fully equipped and feeling of luxury. Also nice that the bedrooms are not directly adjacent to the kitchen (for the sounds). We thought we were bothered by "only 4 sunbeds" but there is also a garden set with space for 4. Swimming pool is not heated, but a lovely temperature to cool off during our stay. Nicely maintained Resort and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area. Golf resort is partly unfinished, which gives a desolate impression. But the villa itself is fully equipped, except for a bbq. You definitely need a car to drive to surrounding places.
Fantastic house with all amenities. Only drawback is that there are too few sun loungers and outdoor seating options. That is for 4 people while the house is suitable for 8 people. A BBQ would also be nice
