Positioned between Lajatico, Volterra, Castelfalfi, and Palaia, the villa sits on a historic 100-acre estate once owned by the bankers of the Medici family. It’s just 10 minutes by car to nearby shops and restaurants, 15 minutes to Castelfalfi Golf Club, and 20 minutes to Volterra. The hospital and train station in Pontedera are 25 minutes away, and the beaches of Pisa and Tirrenia are a 45-minute drive. Pisa International Airport is reachable in 40 minutes, while Florence Airport is just over an hour away.
The villa features a modern kitchen and an inviting living area that opens onto a shaded porch with a barbecue and al fresco dining space.
