Magnificent villa with pool in Grimaud
Description
A beautiful house with a swimming pool on the edge of the wine village of Saint-Jean de Minervois. There is a pleasant living room with patio doors to the terrace. The separate kitchen diner is well equipped. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom for 6 people. This is ideal for families or a group of friends.
There is a restaurant in the village. You can order bread baked by the owner. A supermarket can be found in Aigues-Vives at 8 km. From the villa, you can enjoy long walks and a view of the Languedoc. You can also discover the area by bike or by boat.
The villa has its own grounds that are partially fenced. On clear days, you can see the Pyrenees from the sheltered terrace. There is a sun terrace by the pool, where the sunbeds are already waiting for you. The garden is ideal for children to play. The garage is equipped with a ping-pong table.
Due to the need for peace and quiet, the house is not rented out to groups of young people under 30. Swimming pool currently unavailable until the end of May 2022.

Cosy, well-equipped house on a beautiful plot. Unfortunately quite far from shops
Perfect house with a lovely pool and great weather.
Fabulous home / fun trip. (saying more would nullify the previous).
Once again thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house with the most beautiful view in this region. After we had been last year, we immediately booked again. Why: because of the space, privacy, wide perimeter and the view. Of course there are always points of attention, every house has that. This felt like coming home to us.
Holiday home on a hill surrounded by several neighbors who also work part of the garden. Too little privacy at the pool. Inside no southern French style, clearly Dutch owner with ditto not refined decoration. Well equipped kitchen but shower in bathroom is disappointing with too weak water jet. During our stay a lot (disturbing wind) so that the perceived temperature is often lower. Unfortunately not our best holiday home of the past 7 years.
